What to Expect After Booking Your Trip with ABO

An ABO representative will...
• Send you information on travel arrangements, hotel accommodations and transportation needed prior to camp departure.
• Send you a comprehensive equipment and clothing checklist as well as a letter from the owner specific to your trip.
• Send you Montana licensing and application information, and an associated fees list.
• Send important documents for you to review, sign and return, including a medical information form, a waiver and release agreement and a photo release form.
• Be available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have about your hunting, fishing or wilderness adventure.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

The rates for wilderness hunting, fishing, and pack trips include...
• Transportation from hotel the morning of departure to trailhead
• Return transportation to hotel from trailhead
• For hunters, field care of trophies and transportation of your animals to town
• In the backcountry, use of horses, mules, tack, all camp accommodations, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages
• Experienced Guides

The rates for private land hunting include...
• Comfortable sleeping accommodations in historic cabins
• Cabins amenities include showers, towels and bedding
• All meals during your stay on the ranch
• Use of horses, mules, tack and rifle scabbards
• Experienced Guides
• Field care of trophies and transportation of your animals to our local taxidermist and/or your meat to the local butcher

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

The rates for wilderness hunting, fishing, and pack trips do not include...
• Transportation to Montana
• Montana hunting licenses and tags
• Montana fishing licenses
• Hunting equipment including guns and ammunition
• Transportation of trophies to final destination
• Fishing equipment including rods and flies
• Sleeping bags
• Incoming and outgoing nights lodging before and after trip
• Any additional transportation costs
• Gratuities for guides and cook
